Kindly Ops LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the enlist.io website, our SaaS applications (hire.enlist.io and jobs.enlist.io), and the Enlist mobile application (collectively our “Services”).

Kindly Ops LLC has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on our behalf of our customers. Individuals applying for jobs with employers that are using our Services may request the employers to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data in an application. The employer is responsible for complying with the individual's request. Additionally, if you would no longer like to be contacted by a particular employer or employers, please contact them directly to resolve your concern.
Disclosure Of Data
Business Transaction
If Kindly Ops LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Integrations
You may connect our Services with third-party services.
Slack
You may connect our Services with Slack in order to receive notifications in your Slack account. When you do so, we request the names of your Slack channels where you wish to receive notifications.
You may disconnect our connection with Slack at any time. When you do so, all your data related to this integration will be deleted immediately.
Google Calendar
You may be able to connect our Services with Google Calendar in order to create, update, or delete events in your Google Calendar when you schedule, reschedule, or cancel interviews with our Services. When you do so, we request your calendars’ list and the ability to read and write events to your calendar.
You may disconnect our connection with Google Calendar at any time. When you do so, all your data related to this integration will be deleted immediately.
Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Services. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
Kindly Ops LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Kindly Ops LLC has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Kindly Ops LLC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Additionally, in some scenarios, individuals may have the right to invoke binding arbitration before the joint EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Panel.
Kindly Ops LLC has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU.
For the purposes of EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Kindly Ops LLC’s participation is subject to enforcement by the Federal Trade Commission. Kindly Ops LLC retains liability for onward transfer to third parties for purposes other than the ones for which it was originally collected, as required by the Onward Transfer principles.
