What's an active job?

An active job is a job that you are actively hiring for. Once you've filled an opening, it won't count as an active job.

What if I don't have any active jobs?

In case you don't have any active jobs, you will pay $25 per month.

Is there a limit on the number of candidates I can add?

None — you can add as many candidates as you would like.

How many users can I add?

As many as you want! enlist doesn't put a limit on the number of users you can invite to your account.

Can I pause my subscription and resume later?

Yes! You can pause your subscription and resume anytime you want. All your data is kept safe and secure—you can pick up from where you paused.

What about support?

We provide e-mail and in-app support throughout the week. When you have a question, you can message us from inside the app or drop us an e-mail.
